A bit about us.
TEMP. was started in 2020 by the award-winning placemaking agency, DS.Emotion, as a response to the growing number of unoccupied high street units and the increasing necessity and demand from restauranteurs, chefs and food operators to have access to more flexible and low-risk venues – and this trend has accelerated as a result of the pandemic.
What we do in a nutshell.
As a marketing agency, we manage a portfolio of retail and leisure destinations across the country and support both sides of the story:
- We offer consultation and strategy services to landlords to help make places more successful for the people who have to use it – this includes introducing exciting and independent F&B concepts.
- We work with restauranteurs to help them find the right location and short-term space for their concept across our portfolio. We support pop up operators throughout the whole process from handling the admin to marketing.
So what’s next?
It may feel like everything is on pause at the moment. Here are TEMP, we’re gearing up to launch our first programme of pop up concepts across our locations!
We also have a number of new virtual events and pop up workshops in the pipeline aimed at those considering entering the pop up world or simply want to meet like-minded people in the industry.
